All major structural parts are manufactured from heavy duty graded casting with scientifically reinforced to assure maximum rigidity and stability. The enhanced C-frame cast iron construction and more rigid design means stable and reliable performance. The size of the column, base, saddle, table are optimized through very stringent static and dynamic analysis by powerful analytical software Pro-engineering. This analysis provides less friction heat and thermal growth to maintain rigidity and stability.
With Linear motion guide way of 35mm width on 3 axes. Machining can be done faster and efficiently. High precision class C3 ball screws of 32 diameter and 12mm pitch are pre tensioned and supported at both ends by high precision ball bearings. Virtually this combination gives guarantee of superior parts accuracy.
All three axes motors are directly coupled with ball screws. This direct positive drive provides backlash free, noise free and vibration free machining performance.
Cartridge type spindle with permanently greased packed three angular contact bearings at front and two at back offers better stiffness. Permanently grease pack bearing eliminate rubbing heat and provides less maintenance. Spindle is coupled with motor through Poly-V belt resulting in noise less and vibration less rotation up to 8000 RPM. It also provides a good combination of torque and rpm for wide selection of machining operations.
