Creating effective new system with cutting-edge technology, we bring you the advantage of the speed VX -165, a result of new generation system engineering using Pro E and repeated testing with FEM analysis.
This power machine is featured with a 25 grade stress relieved casting with 30 degree slant bed, which ensures the ultimate strength of VX-165.
Enhancing the performance of the machine are the appealing features like the well-spaces LM guideways, which are centrally programmable, lubricated and completely covered. These provide exceptional rigidity and stability to the machine. In addition, the pre-tensioned ball screws which are directly coupled with the axis motors minimize the pre transmission loss.
Made with top-notch alloy steel this cartridge type spindle is made to minimize the effects of thermal distortion. It is designed with a technical finesse to provide unyielding accuracy over extended periods of operations.
Radial and axial load in heavy duty machining can be avoided with its three from and two rear angular contact bearings. Assembled in a spic and span premises, amid the conditions of constant temperature and humidity control the spindle unit ensures high precision and greased pack to last for a lifespan.
Traveling on four circuit linear rails, it comes with excellent features. Setting benchmarks with its unprecedented speed, precision and accuracy, the carriage assembly paves a way for extremely high acceleration and deceleration response which results in superior positioning and gives accurate results repeatedly.
Calibrating the machines with Laser calibration, Macpower ensures maximum value addition and quality out put. Machines are Ball-bar tested for more efficiency.
Equipped with the advantage of an ergonomic design, the machine comes with a full guard that enables a clean premises throughout the operation. This feature prevents the contaminants from the machine slides, switches and other electrical devices.
