Along with the features like quick spindle acc. / dec. times and fast rapid traverse rates to minimize non-cut time, GX-100 has other advantages too. The basic gang-tolling process works adeptly without delaying the turret retraction and indexing, and thus eliminates unproductive non-machining time.
GX-100 machine frame consists of a heavily ribbed bed casting that provides excellent vibration dampening. The 45 degree slant bed is a one-piece; close grained casting mounted on a cast- iron base. Widely spaced four LM Guide circuits along with the 32 mm diameter Z-axis ball screw provide remarkable rigidity.
Increasing throughput, this heavy duty cartridge type spindle, lets a tremendous increase in efficiency.
The panel comes with a sleek and ergonomically designed swivel type control panel, providing an easy access to both the control panel as well as set up area.
The tool table facilitates the accommodation of 4 full sized tool holder blocks. The added advantage is the achievement of reduced set up time either through the quick- change multi blocks, or sub-plates with pre-set tooling. The whole tooled sub-plate can be removed easily and can be stored until the job is repeated.
Calibrating the machines with Laser calibration, Macpower ensures maximum value addition and quality out put. Machines are Ball-bar tested for more efficiency.
With a 2 mm powdered coated sheet, GX-100 has a flexible door with multiple rollers on. Cutting-edge technological sophistry limits the coolant from spilling around, limiting it to the cutting area. Featured with a large safety window, the gauge safeguards the operator of the machine. Adding to tat fast axis traverse rates, quick tool-to-tool time, high rigidity, and larger tool life result in more productivity.
