Machine frame with nerves of cast iron Manufactured to handle heavy loads, this machine has 25 Grade stress relieved castings providing exceptional rigidity, stability and accuracy. Enhanced C-frame iron built with a rugged design results in better dampening, less vibration and minimum distortion, hence ensuring precise, productive and hassle free machining.

 

Specially equipped with high precision ball screws on all the three axes, these negate backlash and are pre-loaded with supports from both ends for greater thermal stability.

V-645 provides faster material removal solution, fully loaded with exceptional features like the perfect ribbing location and unique wall thickness defined by minute computer analysis. Presence of guarded slideways to prevent coolant and chips from causing damage to the slideway surfaces enhances the safety aspect and extends the machine service life.

Cartridge type spindle offers better stiffness and greased packed / angular contact ball bearings enable flexible machining.

20 tool Twin Arm ATC with a capacity to hold up 20 tools enables uninterrupted operation. Twin Arm technology and Random selection system enable reduced tool change time. Equipped with UNILOCK system the magazine capsizes the tools in case of power failure. The magazine also available with 24 tools option.

In order to ensure linear accuracy each machine is subjected to rigorous ball bar testing which also enables maximum squareness.

This cutting-edge laser unit checks the linear accuracy, providing accurate compensation for pitch and backlash. The machine facilitates the attainment of positional accuracy up to ± 0.005 / 300 mm, and repeatability accuracy up to ± 0.003 mm.
